In collaboration with SN law firm based in South Korea, SGL offers legal immigration services in several areas such as employment-sponsored immigration (EB1, EB2, EB2-NIW, EB3), investment immigration (EB5), family-based immigration, employer compliance, temporary work visas for work and college (E1, E2, L1, H, F, M,J), consular processing, waivers and appeals.
SGL is an industry leader in INFORMATION WALL SERVICES, advising our clients on how best to protect the privacy and integrity of information they access, from a public/private perspective, as well as the integrity of data within a particular institution. We also provide advice to our clients on the best approach to establishing information barriers.
For nearly the entirety of SGL’s existence, SGL has been based in Rockland County, New York and has strived to give back to the community. That has come in the form of assisting parents obtain services for children with special education needs. With Covid-19 creating significant deficits in education for neuro-divergent children, SGL has begun accepting cases in the education law arena and has expanded this practice to include a collaboration with other attorneys and children’s advocates.
